Home Workout Of the Week (#WOW)

Need short workouts that require minimal to no equipment that can be done virtually anywhere? Check out this series we called #WOW! A progressive, integrated, short weekly workout routine designed to meet the fitness needs of someone looking to stay healthy and move like a body should.

By the last episode, you should feel comfortable with 3 FUNDAMENTAL human movements.

Each week, a new workout was posted which included a warm-up, workout, cool-down, and cardio recommendation. This was originally programmed to be progressive so if you are just getting started, we recommend that you begin with Episode 1. You can certainly pick and choose at random but should understand that each exercise phase will challenge your system a little differently. The order of the exercise phases are: Intro, Stability, Endurance, Load, Strength, and Power (then repeat!)

1. Burpees

2. Floor to overhead press

3. Run 1 mile in <12 minutes
